How long do the stickers take to ship & arrive? 

 

Packages are shipped on a weekly base. An email is sent out when your order is shipped so you know when to start looking out for your package. Packages take from 2-4 days to arrive! If by the fifth or sixth day after receiving the shipment confirmation email, you still haven’t received your order, use the contact page and we’ll solve the issue. 

 

 

If I make two separate orders, do I have to pay shipping on both? 

 

If they’re during the same week cycle, they will be sent in the same package. However the shipping fee can’t be eliminated. If you wish the fee to be reimbursed, we can set that up, just contact us. If they’re in different weekly cycles, they will be sent separately and both shipping fees have to be paid. 

 

 

My order came wrong or didn’t ship at all? 

 

If there are any discrepancies in your order, let us know in the contact page and we’ll take care of it free of cost, no shipping payment needed. If your order never arrived, we will report it & send a new one when you let us know. 

 

 

I put in my address wrong! Can I fix it? 

 

Of course! Just send us an email with the name you made the order with and the correct address, we’ll make sure to use the correct one! 

 

 

Do you make custom stickers? 

 

At the moment, no. It's a very cool idea and concept but harder to put in action. Hopefully it'll be something we can offer later on.
